|Warwick City Hall|
|The renovation/preservation of the Warwick was accomplished in four phases as established in an initial master plan. Each phase was to address one major design aspect and one major system aspect. The phases were:
· Exterior preservation and accessibility / mechanical and electric services
· Public space (lobbies, stairs) renovation / sprinkler system
· Council Chamber renovation / new electrical systems
· Office area renovations / new mechanical systems
The preserved building is a landmark in the city and the Council Chamber was designed for performance use, expanding its role in the community.
